  • 2. Price in writing. One price and one timeline, before any work starts.
  • 3. Three logins, sent safely. Your domain settings, your current host and your website admin. Where we can, you add us as a user so your own password stays private. When a password must be shared, we give you a secure, encrypted way to send it. Never by email or text.
  • 4. Your review. We build the new site on a test copy, and you see it before anyone else does.
  • 5. Launch. We switch it over and point every old page address to its new home, so your links and Google keep working.

After launch, you never have to log in to WordPress. Need a change? Ask. We do it.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We point every old page address to its new page, so Google and your customers follow you to the new site. No one can promise rankings, but a careful move protects what you’ve already earned.

Do I have to learn WordPress?

No. We run the site for you. When you want a change, you ask and we make it.

How long does a move take?

It depends on the size of your site. Your written quote includes a timeline. The clock starts when we’ve confirmed we can get into every account we need and told you so. We usually confirm access within the first hour after your kickoff call.

Are my passwords safe with you?

Yes. You add us as our own user wherever you can, and anything else goes through a secure, encrypted method we give you. Passwords never travel by email or text.
